Implant in the esthetic zone is one of the most challenging treatments, requiring meticulous treatment planning. Through teaching, I have found that the connection between basic surgical and restorative principle knowledge is often missing. Prosthetic driven treatment planning in conjunction with suitable surgical protocol has shown to be essential to maximize pink and white esthetic outcomes.
