Accordingly, the great majority of those implant placement treatment plans reveal the limitations of existing bone volume.

This webinar is about overcoming the challenges of advanced bone grafting. One hour is insufficient to provide an in-depth training session. However, we should be able to illustrate to each participant that being able to manage extreme bone defects will provide the foundation for managing the simpler socket grafts which make up the vast majority of single tooth treatment encountered by the general dentist.
