Extraction and socket preservation is one of the simpler procedures of bone grafting that is often not discussed with patients prior to the extraction. There have been lots of controversial messages that have been sent out to the dental community with some advocating it as non-beneficial and some swearing by it. To understand extraction and socket preservation means to look into all the different techniques and materials that are available in the market today for extraction and socket preservation.
