DR. DANIEL FANG



Dr. Daniel Fang graduated from Guy’s Hospital Dental School (U. London, UK), he received the Master Degree in Conservative Dentistry and Advanced Diploma in Prosthodontics. Currently, he serves as the Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong.

During the 33 years in clinical dentistry, Dr. Fang achieved Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRDRCS Ed), and MRACDS(Pros). He also attained Membership by examination at both the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MGDS) and England (MFGDP) as well as Fellowship at the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS).

He serves as the Chairman of the Prosthodontics Specialty Board, Censor-in-Chief at the Council of the College of Dental Surgeons of Hong Kong. He is the President of the Asia Pacific Society of Osseointegration, member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Prosthetic Dentistry Society. He runs two private practices, engages in postgraduate teaching (HKU), and lectures extensively in the Asia Pacific region.

He is the Examiner in the Membership in General Dentistry in HK, Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Additional Examiner for the HKDC Licensing examination, and Examination Convener for the Intermediate and Exit Examination in the Prosthodontics Specialty (CDSHK). Dr. Fang is the Director of the Centre for Oral Rehabilitation, which offers a platform for the continual education for Dental Practitioners in Hong Kong.
