SuSan is currently leading the Group Strategy and Operations of the Artius Group of Companies. With over 20 years of experience in the finance and investment fields under her belt, she was part of the Founding Team of Xeraya Capital, a global venture capital and private equity house specializing in Life Sciences investments. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President at Khazanah Research & Investment Strategy Life Sciences Unit, which formulates investment strategies, undertakes and monitors the sovereign wealth fund's Life Sciences investments.

Complementing SuSan’s investment acumen skills is her years of credit experience in the financial markets. When she was attached to the Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC), she was a member of the Internal Rating Committee. The group was responsible for ratings related to project finance and corporate debts in various sectors, including infrastructure, conglomerates, utilities, and oil and gas related companies. Prior to joining MARC, she was a Credit Review Officer at AmMerchant Bank Berhad.

To fulfil her passion for teaching and knowledge sharing, she was a Part-Time Lecturer at Taylor’s Business School (TBS) for four years, teaching various subjects for TBS Undergraduate Programme, namely Introduction to Finance, Corporate Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance.
